Order Processing

• Orders will generally be processed within 1-5 Business days

Shipping

• Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free domestic shipping on orders $200 and up.

Store Pickup

• Store pickup at 106 East Connecticut Avenue, Southern Pines, NC 28387 available as an option at checkout. Pickup available Tuesday-Saturday 10 am - 5 pm, Saturdays 10 am - 3 pm. Please have purchase confirmation or ID on hand.

Returns & Refunds

• Return the product within 30 days of purchase in its original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging to receive a refund of the product, minus shipping costs. Customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. Please email us at cotetimeworks@gmail.com.
